Written not with ink but with the spirit of the Living God

The Unseen Author: Stories of the Embera

It seems like it took forever to get this book finally on the shelves, in fact it took two years! But now it is finally available to have and to hold on your own bookshelves! The book is the result of an expedition that I took to the rainforests of Panama in 2006, my second trip to the country where we are living now. At the time I was only a college student, and my translator (I didn’t speak Spanish back then) was none other than the man who is now president of the Lutheran Church of Panama!

If you would like to own a copy of the book, you can order it directly from us for a special discounted rate! All proceeds from this book go to supporting projects like this one, getting people involved in mission and Christianity through photography and writing! Soon we hope to have a way to purchase the book directly from us by credit or debit card, but in the meantime you can always email us about getting a pre-order!!

From the back of the book:

Author and photographer James Neuendorf travels deep into the rain forests of Panama on a quest to find the common thread between the life stories of the indians living there and the Christian faith. With stunning photography and engaging narratives, he recounts the lives of the Embera Indians as a part of the eternal and epic Story of God’s deeds among his people.
